
English hallmarked solid silver pen wipe and stand designed in the form of a Victorian walking stick or umbrella stand (as some would prefer), made by Sampson Mordan fully hallmarked for Chester 1903.
Designed so that dip pens can stand upright, and their tips wiped of excess ink on the natural bristles prior to writing.
